Compact Design

Sartolab™ P20 pressure filter units are designed for the filtration of batches ranging from 100 mL to 10 L. They can be operated using a syringe, connected in-line with a peristaltic pump, or used with a pressure vessel. Available in various configurations, Sartolab™ P20 units offer options with or without PTFE automatic venting, with or without a filling bell (including cover) on the outlet, and a choice of inlet and outlet connectors to suit a wide range of applications.

Membrane of Choice

Polyethersulfone (PES) is the membrane of choice for Sartolab™ P20 pressure filter units, offering exceptionally low protein binding and the highest flow rates. The units are available with either 0.2 µm or 0.45 µm PES membranes, with or without a high-purity quartz microfiber prefilter. An additional version featuring quartz microfiber only is also available for clarification applications.
