For purification of mouse IgG fractions from hybridoma supernatants

AbSelect Mouse TCS resin has a high affinity for mouse IgG molecules. The method involves capture of the antibody on the AbSelect Mouse TCS resin and the removal of unwanted substances using a simple wash procedure. The purified product is then eluted and neutralized.

  • This system is not suitable for use with antibodies from other species
  • Binding strength of Bovine IgG to AbSelect Mouse resin is negligible
  • Components of the AbSelect kit are fully compatible with lightning-link and lightning-link rapid antibody labeling system
