Useful for dilution and application of fluorescent reagents as well as for suspension, washing, and storage of cells destined for flow cytometric analysis

  • Buffered salt solution with neutral pH 7.4
  • Supplemented with 0.2% (w/v) bovine serum albumin proteins
  • Contains sodium azide which inhibits the potential redistribution of cell surface antigens caused by antibody crosslinking
  • Prevents potential loss of fluorescent signal intensities
