Optimized for analysis of specific proteins in tissue culture supernatants, EDTA treated plasma, and serum samples

  • Can be used to quantitatively measure interleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-10 (IL-10), tumor necrosis factor (TNF), and interleukin-12p70 (IL-12p70) protein levels in a single sample
  • Detection reagent provided in the kit is a mixture of phycoerythrin (PE)–conjugated antibodies, which provides a fluorescent signal in proportion to the amount of bound analyte
  • Provides sufficient reagents for analysis of 80 samples
