Optimized for analysis of specific cytokines in tissue culture supernatants, EDTA plasma, and serum samples

  • Can be used to quantitatively measure Interleukin-2 (IL-2), Interleukin-4 (IL-4), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Interleukin-10 (IL-10), Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF), and Interferon-γ (IFN-γ) protein levels in a single sample
  • Detection reagent provided in the kit is a mixture of phycoerythrin (PE)-conjugated antibodies, which provides a fluorescent signal in proportion to the amount of bound analyte
  • Provides sufficient reagents for the quantitative analysis of 80 samples
