Optimized for analysis of physiologically relevant concentrations (pg/mL levels) of specific cytokine proteins in tissue culture supernatants, EDTA plasma, and serum samples

Detection reagent provided in the kit is a mixture of phycoerythrin (PE)–conjugated antibodies, which provides a fluorescent signal in proportion to the amount of bound analyte.

  • Can be used to measure Interleukin-2 (IL-2), Interleukin-4 (IL-4), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Interleukin-10 (IL-10), Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF), Interferon-γ (IFN-γ), and Interleukin-17A (IL-17A) protein levels in a single sample
  • Provides sufficient reagents for 80 tests
