Requalification Services for Biosafety Cabinet (documentation included)

Requalification (RQ): Documented verification that equipment (as installed) is operating as intended according to manufacturers specifications.

  • Verifies important equipment functions and helps ensure that the equipment operates as expected by the manufacturer and conforms to standards and requirements.
  • Key tests offered based on relevant certification Standard (NSF49/en 12469/ DIN12480)
    • Few examples: Filter leakage, DEHS, Air velocity, Electrical safety, Air-flow smoke pattern, KI-DISCUS.
  • Please note that installation and operational qualification, ideally along with preventive maintenance and calibration, should be completed on lab equipment before requalification services can be performed.
