Unity Lab Services™ Centrifuge Plus Requalification Service with Cycle Testing

Requalification (RQ): Documented verification that equipment (as installed) is operating as intended according to manufacturers specifications.

• Verifies important equipment functions and helps ensure that the equipment operates as expected by the manufacturer and conforms to standards and requirements.
• Key tests Min/Max speed, Brief /Extended time, temperature for refrigerated models.
• Cycle testing (CT): Point-in-time test that monitors a unit and a specified rotor at predefined speed, time, and temperature (if applicable) set points.
• Testing demonstrates that a unit and specified rotor can meet customer specifications.
• Please note that installation and operational qualification, ideally along with preventive maintenance and calibration, should be completed on lab equipment before requalification services can be performed.
