Compatibile con mTeSR™1 - Sviluppato da StemCell Technologies. La matrice qualificata hESC Corning™ Matrigel™ è ampiamente accettata come substrato alternativo per colture di cellule ES e per cellule staminali pluripotenti indotte (iPS) umane.

La matrice qualificata hESC Corning Matrigel è un estratto solubile della membrana basale del tumore Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) che si compatta a temperatura ambiente per formare una vera e propria membrana basale ricostituita.

Recommended Storage

Store at -20°C. Store aliquots in either the -20°C or -70°C freezer until ready for use. Freeze thaws should be minimized by aliquotting into one time use aliquots. Do not store in frost-free freezer. Keep frozen.
