D.A.R.T.'S (Disposable Automation Research Tips) have been designed for the ultimate performance in automated pipetting

Unlike conventional automation tips, D.A.R.T. tips are provided in disposable rigid magazines that seal onto the pipetting heads by sealing against a silicone pad. This forms a definitive seal which minimizes tip-to-tip height variations and elimiates static interactions, enabling consistent dispensing into the bottom of microplate wells.

 

  • Compatible with the Matrix Hydra DT and Matrix PlateMate 2x3 and PlateMate Plus Systems
  • Stepped-body design minimizes volume displacement and ensures tip straightness for better well access
  • Highly polished molds and cores ensure low liquid retention
  • Small internal tip orifice provides better small volume droplet formation, resulting in optimal accuracy and precision
  • Thorough inspection for proper formation as well as straightness ensures tips are free of defects
  • Unique face seal design ensures consistent tip-to-tip height for precise low volume dispensing
  • Entire assembly can be quickly removed and replaced, eliminating extra handling of the tips which can cause damage or contamination
