D-Aspartic acid modulates melatonin synthesis in the pineal gland.

Solubility
Slightly soluble in water, Soluble in 1N ammonium hydroxide (100 mg/ml), and dilute HCl. Insoluble in ether, and alcohol.

Notes
Keep container tightly sealed. Store in cool, dry conditions in well sealed containers. Incompatible with oxidizing agents.
