| Content And Storage | When stored at −18°C, the reagents are stable until the expiration date shown on the BD Cycletest Plus DNA kit label when stored as directed. Do not use after the expiration date. Do not expose reagents to direct light during storage or incubation with cells. Do not heat reagents to 37°C. However, brief exposure to a 37°C water bath while thawing is acceptable.The thawed reagents are stable for 1 month when stored at 2°C–8°C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Alteration in the appearance of the reagents indicates instability or deterioration. Do not use if discoloration occurs or a precipitate forms. |
