This suite of accessories is useful for measuring film thickness and reflectance properties from coatings on metallic, glass, and silicon substrates. The accessory includes an alignment mirror that can also be used for baseline measurements.

Evolution 200/300 Solid Sample Holder accommodates multiple slide holders, allowing optical elements to be inserted either before or after the Fixed-Angle Specular Reflectance accessory to begin your measurements.

Software for QA/QC Testing

Designed for applications where testing at specific angles is required

Ensure testing requirements are met

Specify a table of values or minimum and/or maximum boundaries across an entire spectrum and provide tolerances - the software does the rest

Test results display high and low test boundaries

Text-based confirmation that material fails or exceeds specified limits provided
