Descrizione
Thermo Scientific GeneRuler DNA Ladders serve as precise molecular weight markers for the sizing and approximate quantification of double-stranded DNA fragments, accommodating a range from 10 bp up to 48.5 kb. The uniform intensity of the bands, coupled with distinct bright reference bands, facilitates accurate sizing and orientation during gel electrophoresis. Furthermore, the defined quantity of DNA within each band enables the approximate quantification of experimental DNA samples.
GeneRuler DNA ladders are provided in a convenient ready-to-use format incorporating 6X TriTrack DNA Loading Dye (contains Xylene Cyanol FF, Bromophenol Blue, and Orange G). The three dye present in the buffer allow for easy tracking of DNA migration during electrophoresis.
Highlights
- Wide selection of DNA ladders fitting a variety of experiments
- Sharp bands, easy-to-remember fragment sizes and quantities
- Easy visualization—three-colored loading dye for easy tracking of DNA migration during electrophoresis
- Ready-to-use: premixed with 6X MassRuler DNA Loading Dye for direct loading
- Stable at room temperature for up to 24 months
Sustainability features
Ready-to-use GeneRuler DNA ladders can be stored at room temperature for up to 24 months. The ladder is shipped at ambient temperature, using optimized right-sized packaging and 100% recyclable packaging reducing waste.
