Benchtop freeze dryers with touchscreen color display, data storage with USB and ethernet output, and email notification for monitoring freeze drying processes.

  • Upright stainless steel collector coil design with ice-holding capacity up to 8 L before defrosting (also available in 4.5 L and 2.5 L).
  • Collector temperature options: -50°C (aqueous), -84°C (low eutectic/solvents incl. acetonitrile), and -105°C at 60 Hz / -102°C at 50 Hz (low eutectic incl. acetonitrile and dilute methanol/ethanol).
  • Internal coil design maximizes vapor-trapping efficiency.
  • Hot gas defrost for faster, easier defrost cycles.
  • Lyo-Works OS with real-time display of collector temperature and vacuum level.
  • 5-inch full-color touchscreen for intuitive operation.
  • One-touch data logging and display to support sample quality and reduce run time.
  • Flexible programming and control for optional drying accessories.
  • Optional End-Zone™ endpoint detection for flask freeze-drying.
  • Customizable settings: language, time zone, temperature, and vacuum.
  • Connectivity built in: side-mounted USB and rear-mounted Ethernet.
  • Automated email alerts/feedback of operating parameters to user-entered email addresses.
  • Environmentally friendly, HCFC/CFC-free refrigeration compliant with EU low GWP requirements.
  • Optional PTFE-coated collectors to withstand corrosive compounds.
  • FreeZone vacuum pump protection features include a vacuum break valve, moisture sensor interlock, and automatic pump shutdown when leaks are detected during pull-down or operation.
  • Note: A vacuum pump (at least 98 L/min displacement), drying accessory, and freeze-dry glassware (if not bulk freeze drying) are required and not included.
