HCV Proteome Microarray with 3084 virus specific peptides printed in duplicate. The microarray can be used for epitope mapping, serum screening or biomarker discovery.

  • Microarray Content: Genome polyprotein of hepatitis C virus cleaved into 11 chains: core protein p21, core protein p19, envelope glycoprotein E1, envelope glycoprotein E2 , p7, Protease NS2-3, serine protease NS3, non-structural protein 4A, Non-structural protein 4B, Non-structural protein 5A, RNA-directed RNA polymerase
  • Peptide Length/Overlap: 15 aa/ 12 aa
  • Number of Peptides: 3084 printed in duplicate and HA, polio and c-Myc control peptides
