ACVR1 is a type I receptor which signals a particular transcriptional response in concert with activin type II receptors

The Human Activin RIA/ALK-2 (NP_001096) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for Activin RIA/ALK-2/Activin Receptor Type 1, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The Activin RIA/ALK-2/Activin Receptor Type 1 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
