R&D Systems™ Human Akt3 (NP_005456) VersaClone cDNA is a member of the AKT, also called PKB, serine/threonine protein kinase family.

The Human Akt3 (NP_005456) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for AKT3, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The AKT3 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
