R&D Systems™ Human AMPK gamma 1 (NP_002724) VersaClone cDNA is one of the gamma regulatory subunits of the AMPactivated protein kinase (AMPK).

The Human AMPK gamma 1 (NP_002724) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for AMPK gamma 1, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The AMPK gamma 1 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
