R&D Systems™ Human CD55/DAF (NP_000565) VersaClone cDNA is a glycoprotein involved in the regulation of the complement cascade.

The Human CD55/DAF (NP_000565) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for CD55/DAF, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The CD55/DAF insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
