Descrizione

This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

  • Also known as: FcRY; FCRL2; FCRLY; FREB2; FCRLM2; FREB-2
  • FCRLB belongs to the Fc receptor family. Fc receptors are involved in phagocytosis, antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity, immediate hypersensitivity, and transcytosis of immunoglobulins via their ability to bind immunoglobulin (Ig) constant regions
  • FCRLB is expressed at a low level in placenta and in B lineage cells of the germinal center
  • It is upregulated in B cells by BAFF and LPS
  • Among non-hematopoietic cells, FCRLB is expressed in fibroblasts, melanocytes, and melanoma
  • It is preferentially expressed in nonproliferating cells and at the onset of apoptosis
  • The FCRLB/FCRY insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided
