Descrizione

This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

  • Also known as: CT97; ly-6K; URLC10; HSJ001348 
  • Ly6K is a member of the Ly-6 antigen family of molecules.
  • It is a GPI-linked glycoprotein.
  • It has restricted expression to testis and skin.
  • Ly6K is found in/on carcinomas and is known to circulate in normal and tumor-patient blood.
  • Alternative spliced transcripts encoding different proteins have been described.
  • The insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
