Ibrutinib (PCI-32765, Imbruvica) is an FDA approved drug that targets B-cell malignancies and is approved for treatment of mantle cell lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia. Ibrutinib is an orally-bioavailable compound that is a potent and selective inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK). Also inhibits YES and other SRC family tyrosine kinases. Provided as 5mg of dry powder.
