Immobilon™-E provides the a PVDF blotting membrane that wets in transfer buffer or water and eliminates the need for the alcohol pre-wet step.

Features:

  • 0.45 μm pore size is ideal for most Western blotting applications with chemiluminescence or chromogenic detection
  • Saves time and reduces waste by eliminating the alcohol pre-wet step
  • Higher protein retention delivers stronger signal than most nitrocellulose membranes
