Run a variety of luminometric research applications with the Thermo Scientific™ Luminoskan™ Ascent Microplate Luminometer, a compact and robust instrument offering versatile plate formats, fast reading speeds and up to three dispensers. This instrument has passed the DLReady™ validation at Promega Corporation™ and is certified as DLReady. The Luminoskan Ascent Microplate Luminometer is validated for Thermo Scientific™ Pierce™ Luciferase Assays.

  • Reads a 96-well plate in just 15 seconds
  • Essential for kinetic applications, such as enzyme kinetics and phagocytosis assays

Onboard dispensers for exact follow-up of kinetic reactions:

  • Equipped with up to three reagent dispensers for fast kinetic assays, such as ATP assays
  • Supports simultaneous dispensing and reading, enablingmonitoring of fast kineticmeasurements from the very start of the reaction
  • Offers very low dead volume and backflush capability for conservation of expensive reagents
