This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

  • CD7 is a transmembrane protein which is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily
  • It is found on thymocytes and mature Tcells and plays an essential role in Tcell interactions and also in T-cell/Bcell interaction during early lymphoid development
  • CD7 is a negative prognostic marker in myeloid malignancies
  • The CD7 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided
