Sfoglia Tutto MP Biomedicals ProdottiDescrizione
- Product Overview: BigPrep™ 2 x 50 mL Adapter is a large-scale adapter that holds 2 x 50 mL Lysing Matrix tubes (compatible with SafTest™ Food Inspection System). A wide range of disposable 50 mL Lysing Matrix tubes ensure thorough homogenization of any sample type in seconds while avoiding cross contamination occurring with traditional homogenization methods such as syringe shearing, sonication, or mortar and pestle grinding.
- Applications: BigPrep™ 2 x 50 mL Adapter is a large sample volume adapter that is ideally suited for DNA and RNA isolation, enzyme isolation and protein production, natural products isolation, food preparation for quality analysis, biopharma manufacturing, and forensic applications. Additionally, frozen samples in Lysing Matrix tubes loaded in the adapter and stored at -20°C or -80°C are ready to be immediately processed with minimal hands-on manipulation, preventing degradation of cellular components by endogenous enzymes.
- Capacity: 2 tubes
- Sample Volume: Up to 40 g
