The Mycoplasma Hoechst Stain Kit is designed for rapid in situ detection of mycoplasma, and other prokaryotic organisms, in cell cultures in less than two hours.

  • Uses DNA fluorochrome staining technology with Hoechst Stain 33258
  • For the in situ detection of mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi in cell cultures
  • Testing is rapid (less than 2 hours)and economical (100 tests per kit)
  • Non-nuclear staining is readily apparent, with contaminants standing out boldly against a black background
