Incubate liquid cultures on a slant using these test tube slant racks, which allow 5- or 20-degree tilt for media to harden at an angle.

Hold tubes on a consistent slant using Thermo Scientific™ Nalgene™ Test Tube Slant Racks. Useful for hardening media or incubating liquid cultures at a consistent 5° or 20° slant. These racks are keyed with numbers and letters for easy identification and are stackable when empty.

  • After microwaving, set tubes filled with media at either 5° or 20° slant
  • Media will harden with a consistent slant
  • Higher specific gravity than water so stays submerged in a water bath; won't float
  • Autoclavable; Note: Autoclaving will reduce strength over time
