Descrizione

Isolates total RNA from all kinds of plant material and filamentous fungi without degradation of the RNA. Macherey-Nagel™ NucleoSpin™ RNA Plant Kit is a complete mini spin kit that includes RNA plant columns with collection tubes, filters, all needed buffers and RNase-free rDNase.

NucleoSpin™ RNA Plant Kit is designed for isolation of DNA-free, high-quality RNA from a wide variety of plant and fungal samples. Typical downstream applications include real-time RT-PCR, gene expression profiling, Northern blotting, primer extension, array technology, and RNase protection assays.

  • Two different lysis buffers included—Optimized lysis procedure for typical conditions and for peculiar metabolites
  • rDNase included for on-column digestion—Efficient removal of contaminating DNA
  • NucleoSpin™ Filters (shredders) included—Efficient sample homogenization and reduction of viscosity
  • Parallel purification of DNA possible—By using the NucleoSpin™ RNA/DNA buffer set

Kit Components: NucleoSpin™ RNA columns with 2 mL collection tubes, 2 mL and 1.5 mL collecting tubes, NucleoSpin™ filters, buffers (lysis, wash, desalting), RNase-free DNase I, reaction buffer for DNase, RNase-free water
