Descrizione

Rapidly transfer high molecular weight proteins with the Thermo Scientific™ Owl™ VEP-3 Large Tank Electroblotting System.

Features:
  • Removable cooling block permits efficient heat transfer.
  • Coded blotting cassettes ensure proper anode/cathode orientation; load easily into buffer chamber.
  • Stir bars (sold separately) may be added to bottom of buffer chamber to circulate buffer.
  • Cassettes allow easy loading of the gel sandwich and locks securely for loading into the buffer chamber.

Includes:

  • Buffer chamber with stainless-steel cathode plate and titanium anode plate
  • Safety interlocking lid with attached power supply leads and cooling module
  • Two blotting cassettes with foam pads
  • 25 sheets of 20W × 18.5cmL (7.88 × 7.25 in.) blotting filter paper
