Descrizione

Combines a pH meter with a chemical dosing pump in order to maintain a desired set point in process applications. Hanna Instruments™ pH Controller and Dosing Pump provides two advanced instruments in one compact unit.

Widely used in plating, wastewater treatment, water treatment and swimming pools, the BL7916 provides convenient installation, ease of use and maximum reliability.

  • Easy Installation: Designed with mounting holes built into the base and front-facing controls and pump assemblies
  • Proportional Dosing: Slows the stroke rate as the measured value approaches the user selected point, avoiding overdosage
  • Rugged Construction: Rugged, fiber-reinforced polypropylene IP55 rated casing; parts with chemical contact made of PVDF, FPM/FKM and PTFE
  • Isolated Recorder Output: To enhance troubleshooting and the ability to record data while monitoring the application
  • Simple Pump Action: A positive displacement solenoid with few moving parts with no rotating parts, gears or cams to drastically reduce mechanical failures
  • Auxiliary Dosing Contacts: Allows the user to attach a mixer or priming pump that is activated only when the pump is dosing

Chemical Dosing Pump Specifications:

  • Alarm Relay Set Point: 1 isolated, 2A, max. 240V, resistive load, 1,000,000 strokes
  • Dosing Control: proportional, acid or base, user selectable
  • Analog Ouput Signal: 4-20 mA (isolated)
  • Dosing Terminals: 1 isolated, 2A, max. 240V, resistive load, 1,000,000 strokes
  • Over Current Protection: 250V fuse
