Gently purify enzyme-conjugated antibodies from unreacted horseradish peroxidase (HRP) or alkaline phosphatase (AP) after labeling.

Thermo Scientific™ Pierce Conjugate Purification Kit is a unique affinity chromatography system for purifying horseradish peroxidase (HRP) or alkaline phosphatase (AP) conjugated antibodies from unreacted enzyme after labeling.

The metal chelate ligand on the column binds the enzyme conjugates while allowing free enzyme to pass through.

Highlights:

  • Reduced background for blotting and ELISA
  • Fewer washes needed to remove background
  • Increased sensitivity of assay system with more active reagent
  • Improved signal:noise ratio of conjugate
