Crosslink amines to amines with Sulfo-DSP; composed of sulfo-NHS-ester groups and disulfide spacer arm (12.0A) that is cleavable with reducing agents.

Thermo Scientific™ Pierce DTSSP is a popular water-soluble crosslinker that contains amine-reactive NHS-ester ends around an 8-atom spacer arm and whose central disulfide bond can be cleaved with reducing agents.
