Thermo Scientific™ Pierce SATA is a short-chain (2.8 Å spacer arm) reagent for covalent modification of primary amines and addition of a stable yet exposable sulfhydryl group to facilitate heterobifunctional crosslinking strategies.

  • An easy deprotection step generates a free sulfhydryl group
