Descrizione

Spectra/Mesh Screen Discs and Sheets are available in four material options to ensure chemical and application compatibility.

  • There are four material options to choose from: polypropylene, nylon, PEEK, and 304 stainless steel.
  • The nylon mesh filters out particles down to 8 μm.
    • These are ideal for finer macrofiltration needs and are suitable with all aqueous solutions.
  • Polypropylene (PP) mesh offers strength and stability, while also being resistant to most acids, alkalies, and alcohols.
    • These screens are autoclavable.
  • The PEEK mesh holds its shape and features superior chemical resistance.
    • These are ideal for general filtration, are resistant to acidic and alkaline solutions, and feature temperature stability up to 250°C.
  • The 304 Stainless Steel woven discs or sheets are ideal for high differential pressure applications as they are durable and feature extra strength.
