Calibrates conductivity measurement equipment. Potassium Chloride Conductivity Standard, 84μS, Chem-Lab is precisely concentrated to a specific LF electrolyte conductivity level in order to calibrate and verify the performance of conductivity meters and probes.

Use of conductivity standard ensures that instruments are properly calibrated for accurate readings. By placing probes into a solution with an identified transfer ability, the equipment settings can be adjusted prior to testing. KCl solutions are used to calibrate conductivity instruments that read directly in microsiemens or millisiemens. Potassium chloride is a very stable salt and is an international calibration standard for conductivity measurement.
