Water still (fully automatic) for double distillation, suitable for both bench and wall mounting

  • Components and Materials:
    • Main switch with pilot lamp for monitoring both distillation stages at front of unit
    • Valve made of borosilicate glass 3.3 with PTFE plunger for single distillate
    • Outlet with dust guard shield made of borosilicate glass 3.3 for double distillate
    • Condenser (cooling coil) first stage made of stainless steel
    • Condenser (cooling coil) second stage including the baffle made of DURAN™ borosilicate glass 3.3
    • Solenoid valve to control the water supply
    • Heating element and evaporator made of stainless steel
    • Double-action low water cut-off through float switch and thermostatic safety switch
    • Housing made of galvanised sheet steel, powder coated
  • Features:
    • Economical energy consumption by distillation of the heated cooling water
    • Water saving through automatic water cut-off
    • Unnecessary water consumption will be avoided
    • Evaporator easily accessible for cleaning purposes
    • CO2 degassing through outlet in condenser
    • Electronic contamination monitoring of still with distillation stop and visual cleaning instruction
    • Electronic level control during whole distilling process
