Recombinant DNase and rDNase Reaction Buffer, for RNA mini preparations with NucleoSpin RNA, NucleoSpin RNA XS, NucleoSpin miRNA, NucleoSpin RNA Blood, NucleoSpin RNA Plant, or NucleoSpin RNA/Protein kits

The rDNase Set is designed for on-column DNA removal using any NucleoSpin RNA Kit. (The number of preps depends on the exact kit.) The rDNase Set is also suitable for digestion of contaminating DNA within pre-purified RNA preparations in solution (e.g. phenol-based RNA preparations).

  • On-column DNA digestion—Time-saving DNA removal during RNA preparation
  • DNA digestion in solution —Allows most efficient DNA removal for sensitive applications
  • Lyophilized rDNase from bovine pancreas
  • Recombinantly produced in Pichia pastoris without using any animal cells
  • No RNase activity detectable
  • RNA integrity (RIN) is not affected by rDNase treatment
  • Separate reaction buffer optimized for best rDNase performance
