Ricostituzione Purified recombinant human TGF-beta 1 is an extremely hydrophobic protein that adheres strongly to surfaces. To ensure recovery, reconstitute 2 μg vials at 20 μg/mL in sterile 4 mM HCl containing 1 mg/mL human or bovine serum albumin. Reconstitute 10 μg or larger vials at 100 μg/mL in sterile 4 mM HCl containing 1 mg/mL human or bovine serum albumin.
Purity or Quality Grade >97%, by SDS-PAGE visualized with Silver Staining and quantitative densitometry by Coomassie™ Blue Staining.
