The Scepter™ 3.0 Cell Counter delivers rapid cell counts storing up to 999 counts which can be transferred to Excel.

  • For research use only
  • Replaces Scepter™ 2.0 and not compatible with 2.0 sensors
  • Provides fast, convenient method for counting cells and particles
  • Compatible with both the 40 and 60 μM sensors.
  • Employs the Coulter Principle in a miniaturized, handheld, format, taking less than 30 seconds
  • Prepare a dilution of the cell culture of interest and use the Scepter™ cell counter to aspirate a sample of this dilution
  •  Displays:
    • Cell concentration
    • Average cell size
    • Average cell volume
    • Histogram of size or volume distribution
