- Reduced active sites mean no unwanted reaction in samples
- Includes two tapered sections that secure quartz wool plug for optimum needle tip wiping and sample transfer; also prevent quartz wool from shifting toward septum or pushing down into liner
- Provide excellent reproducibility
- Results in lower mass discrimination
- Narrow 2.3mm I.D. for use with 0.1mm I.D. capillary columns
- Narrow ID also results in smaller peak widths
