Thermo Scientific™ SureSTART™ 20 mL Crimp Top Headspace Vials (Level 1) offer an affordable choice for everyday chromatography for all headspace GC instruments. Designed for labs that need reliability and value, these vials help provide consistent results for QA/QC workflows and routine analytical applications.

These vials are made to withstand higher temperatures and internal pressures required for volatile gas analyses.

Made with clear glass, SureSTART™ Level 1 glass vials meet US, EU, and JPN Pharmacopeia requirements and are Specification Certified to ensure autosampler-compatible dimensions.

Pair them with Thermo Scientific™ SureSTART™ 20 mm aluminium crimp caps and septa using a manual or electronic crimper tool to maintain sample integrity throughout daily operations.

Available as round or flat base:

  • Round base vials are compatible with most autosamplers and more easily handled by robotic arms that lift the vial from the tray
  • Flat base vials maximize heating efficiency in manual headspace sampling and are required for use in some instrument models
