Tech Direct Service Plan provides support post factory warranty. Includes 3 day response time (within specified location and criteria), priority technical support, and one preventative maintenance visit.

  • Continue service support post factory warranty with enhanced remote support and annual preventative maintenance
  • 3 business day response time (may vary by location) for corrective maintenance
  • 15% discount off billable rates for engineer labor, and factory-certified replacement parts for on-site corrective maintenance visit
  • One scheduled Preventative Maintenance visit, including a preventative maintenance kit (where applicable)
  • Priority unlimited access to OEM-trained Technical support experts who can diagnose, investigate, and remotely resolve issues or schedule on-site visits using the latest digital remote support tools
  • Access to on-line service knowledge base
  • Corrective Maintenance Repair Guarantee for the duration of product warranty or 1 year whichever is longer, as defined in the contract terms and conditions
  • Instrument Software/ Firmware updates included as needed to support a preventative maintenance visit
  • Upgrades to new versions of software are not included
  • 10% discount on additional services including additional preventative maintenance visits, calibration, and qualification services
