Total Care Warranty provides an upgrade to factory warranty. Includes 2 day response time (within specified location and criteria), priority technical support, and one preventative maintenance visit.

  • Upgrade a basic factory warranty with priority Technical Support response, and faster on-site scheduling along with an annual preventative maintenance visit
  • 2 business day response time (may vary by location) for corrective maintenance
  • Includes parts and labor covered under factory warranty for corrective maintenance
  • One scheduled Preventative Maintenance visit, including a preventative maintenance kit (where applicable)
  • Priority unlimited access to OEM-trained Technical support experts who can diagnose, investigate, and remotely resolve issues or schedule on-site visits using the latest digital remote support tools.
  • Access to online service knowledge base
  • Corrective Maintenance Repair Guarantee for the duration of product warranty or 1 year whichever is longer, as defined in the terms and conditions
  • Instrument Software/ Firmware updates included as needed to support a preventative maintenance or corrective maintenance visit
  • Upgrades to new versions of software are not included
  • 10% discount on additional services including additional preventative maintenance visits, calibration, and qualification services
