Monitor aseptic processes within manufacturing cleanrooms or isolators with Thermo Scientific™ Tryptone Soya Agar (TWI, Deep Fill). A general purpose agar medium, containing two peptones, Tryptone Soya Agar (TWI, Deep Fill) will support the growth of a wide variety of organisms. It is suitable for the cultivation both of aerobes and anaerobes.

The 90mm Tryptone Soya Agar (TWI, Deep Fill) plates are designed for passive and active air sampling applications. The high quality culture media supports total aerobic microbial counts, coliform bacteria counts and yeast/mold counts in designated clean areas.
  • Sterile: plates are irradiated and triple-wrapped in transparent packaging
  • Consistent: automated manufacturing procedures ensure a smooth, evenly distributed layer of agar on each plate
  • Optimized: products undergo quantitative quality control testing, using a low-dose inoculum to ensure optimum performance
