Description
Rapid, Efficient Concentration
- Optimally suited for cell culture supernatant concentration, virus concentration and water concentration
- Utilizes a 200cm2 PES or Hydrosart membrane for high flow rate
- Thin-channel, flip-flow recirculation path provides high crossflow velocities with minimum pump speed
- Fast concentration using one or two cassettes
- A single module typically concentrates 1L by a factor of 50 in less than 30 minutes
- Two modules used in parallel concentrates 5L by a factor of 50 in under 75 minutes
- Near total recovery of the concentrate is achieved with a single rinse
- A 500ml sealed diafiltration reservoir can be added for rapid and convenient buffer exchange
- One unit comes with all necessary accessories (except pump and pump head)
- Includes tubing, pressure indicator, flow restrictor and high pressure pump tubing
- Required equipment: peristaltic pump with a size 16 pump head
- Can be easily cleaned and re-used several times
- Clear housing for process monitoring

- Easily set up two cassettes to run simultaneously for faster concentration
- Use a pre-assembled Y connector with the correct tubing sizes and fittings
