Thermo Scientific ABsolute qPCR Mixes are optimized for use with hybridization probes and contain all the components necessary to perform quantitative PCR, with the exception of template and primers/probes.

Enjoy sensitivity and reproducibility in real-time PCR applications with Thermo Scientific™ ABsolute™ Probe-Based Detection qPCR Master Mixes.

  • Thermo Scientific ABsolute qPCR Mixes are optimized for use with hybridization probes
  • They contain all the components necessary to perform quantitative PCR, with the exception of template and primers/probes
  • The 2X master mix contains a proprietary reaction buffer that provides high sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility
  • ABsolute qPCR Mixes are available with the option of included high ROX reference dye concentration, Low ROX concentration, and with no ROX reference dye
  • There is also a master mix version optimized for capillary instruments.
