  • Optional modules for 2D and 3D deconvolution, visualization, and analysis allow you to customize the capabilities according to your needs. This Celleste 5 2D Blind/Non-Blind Deconvolution Module helps improve single-plane image quality (S/N) of cells or tissue slices by clearing background haze (out-of-focus light)
  • Streamlined workflow tools that make it easy to visualize and edit images
  • Powerful image analysis capabilities for segmentation, classification, and quantification of single images or a batch of images
  • Blind and non-blind deconvolution options
  • Dramatically improved image quality
  • Removal of blur that can obscure important details
  • The tools to generate more impressive images and reliable data
  • Deconvolution is an algorithm-based process used to restore systematic loss of image contrast (blur) that results from the image point spread function (PSF). The powerful 2D and 3D restoration algorithms available in the Celleste 5 modules allow you to deconvolve your images to enhance contrast and quality, or to visualize them in Z, over time and by channel, then analyze the resulting image using an expanded tool set.
