TFA Dostmann Digital Probe Thermometer

This practical probe thermometer is versatile and impresses with its fast response time and high accuracy (from +/-0.5° C). Simply remove it from the protective cover supplied, insert the stainless steel penetration probe into the measuring object and press the ON button. The measured value appears in the range from -40 to +250° C within 4 to 5 seconds. A backlight can be switched on for better reading of the temperature. Depending on how the thermometer is held, the display can be rotated by 180° at the push of a button, so that it can be easily read by left and right-handers. The measured maximum and minimum values are saved and can be retrieved. The thermometer switches off automatically after 10 minutes. The automatic switch-off can be deactivated for long-term measurements. A factory certificate with three measuring points (0°C / 100°C / 150°C) is included as standard with this device. Thus, the device is also ideal for professional use, e.g. for temperature control of food within the framework of HACCP regulations or in the laboratory. The required button cell battery is included.
